RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All clothing items eligible for store credit, must be returned to us unworn and in good condition (no deordorant, makeup, perfume or smoke)  within 15 days from receiving item. All original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. B Equestrian Co is NOT responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. 

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you receive a damaged/defective item, please e-mail bequestrianco@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

After the item has been worn, it's yours for good! B Equestrian Co is not liable for damage that occurs as the item is being worn.

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We're human and mistakes happen. If we made a mistake we'll absolutely make it right. Please e-mail us at bequestrianco@gmail.com should you receive the wrong item.
